London Clay is a new pottery studio in the heart of Brockley, South East London

London Clay is a new pottery studio for beginners and seasoned ceramicists, based in the heart of Brockley, South East London.

We want to create a space for people to come and discover, develop and explore making in clay in an empowering and inclusive environment. Whether you’ve always wanted to make something in clay by either hand building or throwing a pot on a wheel, or if you’re looking for a space to further your practise, sign up to be the first to hear what London Clay can offer.

The plan is to start off slowly by offering monthly memberships based on a minimum of 2 months, 6 week evening courses and weekend day classes. Once we gain an idea of interest and as the London Clay community grows, we will begin to offer more courses. So please register your interest by filling in our form below.

We’d also like to hear any thoughts or ideas for the kind of opportunities you’d like to see London Clay offer. We’re very excited to see how this takes shape!

We know from experience how therapeutic and creatively fulfilling this medium can be and truly believe anybody can make something beautiful.

  • Members will get to use the studio 12 hours per week from 10am to 5.00pm weekdays.

  • Evenings and weekends will have limited space due to evening and weekend classes, so we would recommend booking your time slots in advance once you have an understanding of your schedule.
